Title:
Admin and Accounts Supervisor
Job Purpose:
To oversee the Administration team and its functions. Invoicing, job costing, vendor payment management, problem solving, general finance and HR.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- To oversee the Administration team members, their performance and team functions.
- Report into management on team performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Billing jobs from agreed tariffs.
- Vendor invoice verification, management, and liaison.
- Calculating estimates of expected charges and capturing all expected charges.
- Provide invoice reportin
- Review profitability of accounts and lanes with management team.
- Credit control
- To run the month end process ensuring the timetable is met to deliver month end financial
- data to the Corporate Office
- Intra-company billing and finance liaison.
- Coordination of team assignments and workload.
- Managing the Adm & Finance Team - recruitment, team development, staff appraising, to deliver the requirements required by the Branch and the wider Group including Global Finance
Requirements
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Powerpoint)
- Industry experience or equivalent educational qualification
- Experience in healthcare or related industry desirable
- Min 5 years’ experience in finance function, with direct AP and Billing experience
- P&L or cost center experience essential
- Specialist courier experience desirable
- Contract management experience desirable
